What to know before you start
Yes. Docurix produces a secure electronic signature under the Israeli Electronic Signature Law (5761-2001) - a means under the signer’s sole control that reveals any change to the document. The law grants such a signature prima-facie evidentiary status: it is sufficient for the vast majority of business documents. (This is not legal advice; for documents with special licensing requirements, consult a professional.)
Identity-verification data (ID photos, selfies, video) is stored encrypted in secure cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage), not on local disk. It is used solely to verify the signer and as evidentiary documentation of that signature.
A single signing transaction: one (or more) documents, the recipients who should sign or approve, the fields you placed, and the verification and delivery rules. Each request is managed separately with its own status.
A secure electronic signature carries strong evidentiary status under Israeli law, and the 2018 amendment removed barriers to its use. Acceptance by a specific body depends on its requirements; the system is built with a clean path to upgrade to a qualified signature (eIDAS/QES) if a particular body requires it.
