2. Identity-verification data (sensitive PII)
ID photos, selfies and verification videos are stored encrypted in secure cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage), not on local disk.
This data is used solely to verify the signer’s identity and as evidentiary documentation of that signature, and for no other purpose.
3. Use of information
We use information to provide the Service, verify signers, produce certificates of completion and audit trails, and support you.
4. Information security
We apply accepted security measures, including encryption, access control, and an immutable audit trail for every action in the system.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as long as needed to provide the Service and meet evidentiary and regulatory requirements. You may contact us regarding personal-data requests.
