Last updated: draft

The text on this page is an initial draft for illustration only and has not undergone legal review. It is not legal advice or a binding text. The final version will be published after legal approval.

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Docurix services (the “Service”), a secure electronic signature platform operated by Nehorix. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the Service and legal validity

Docurix produces a secure electronic signature within the meaning of the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001. A secure signature constitutes prima-facie evidence that the document was not altered and was signed by the holder of the signing means.

Docurix is not a registered Certification Authority and does not issue certified/qualified signatures. The user is responsible for ensuring the signature level fits the requirements of their specific document.

3. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the content of uploaded documents, the identity of the recipients they define, and the lawfulness of their use of the Service.

Unlawful, offensive, or third-party-rights-infringing content must not be uploaded to the Service.

4. Plans and payment

The Service is offered in various plans, including a free plan. Billing terms for paid plans will be detailed upon subscribing to a paid plan.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Nehorix will act reasonably to maintain availability and security of the Service, but is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, subject to applicable law.
